Why is the hot stamping pattern clearly displayed after hot stamping, but the edges of the hot stamping pattern are incomplete or appear jagged?
The following reasons can cause.
1. The hot stamping temperature is too low.
2. Mismatch with substrate.
3. The hot stamping speed is too fast.
4. Uneven hot stamping pressure.
Why hot stamp foil can't be tightly combined with hot stamping substrates? After touching or gently scraping with hands, the aluminum carbide may come off.
There are the following reasons that can cause:
1. Incorrect selection of hot stamping foil type.
2. Quality issues with the hot stamping foil itself.
3. The hot stamping temperature is too high.
4. The hot stamping pressure is too light.
5. Low surface corona value.
After hot stamping, why there is aluminum residue on the edge of the hot stamping pattern, unclear edges with burrs, and unclear letters or numbers?
1. The hot stamping temperature is too high.

Why does oxidation occur after hot stamping?
1. There is a risk of oxidation when hot stamping foil comes into contact with a mixture of water (such as dry paper, excessive glue, high humidity, etc.)
2. When encountering carbon black (such as heavy ink) and acidic or alkaline chemical components, there is a risk of oxidation (such as black ink, pearl paper, black cardboard, pearl oil, tactile film, tactile oil, etc.)
3. We suggestion customer use KLF metal luster foil. It is a new type of hot stamping and Cold Stamping foil that integrates metallic powder into its coating, enhancing the texture and luster of the foil's colors. It thoroughly solved the oxidation problem.
